Due to inclement weather the Springdale Schools will have a remote teaching and learning day on Monday February 15th unless life safety issues arise in our district such as power outages.

Curbside pick up for three breakfast and three lunch meals for Springdale Schools Students on Saturday February 13th from 11:30 to noon. Please visit www.sdale.org to sign up for times and locations.

First year as the School Counselor at Parson Hills Elementary
When asked what she does at Parson Hills she said, “I work closely with students and faculty to ensure successful delivery of a comprehensive school counseling program. I have help with my therapy dog Beau! We love to teach students responsibility, empathy, and kindness.”
When asked why being a counselor is important she said, “It is so important that students know there is someone available to talk with them about anything. As counselors we provide the social-emotional and academic support needed for students to be successful learners. We get to know the needs of students and their families so that we can provide them with access to resources that help them be successful in life.”
“I am happy to be back in Springdale as a school counselor and I am thankful to the district for allowing Beau to be a big part of my school counseling program!”
